On the first day of school, Mon. June 28th, We woke up and were bussed 15min from Marcelin to Changins near Nyon. There our learning began with background on Switzerland's diverse soil and wet climate with regards to viticulture and wine. The day was a prelude to what we were to be learning the rest of the week.
